Find any beginning position and move as slow as possible for 70 minutes. Focus on details and on the whole body. Find different speeds within this slow movement. Keep eyes at times open and closed. Observe yourself and others doing this. Observe the feed-back you get from your own body. Moving slowly gives you an unique possibility to expand the range of existing body/mind connections.
